Simply browse our house plans, choose the one that suits your needs, complete your purchase securely, and instantly download your plan package. You can also request customizations before or after purchase.

Do I need an architect or builder after buying a plan?

Yes — while our plans are complete and build-ready, we always recommend consulting a local architect or builder to adapt the plan to your area’s building regulations and soil conditions.

Payments & Delivery

How do I make a purchase?

Add your preferred plan to the cart and proceed to checkout using our secure WooCommerce system. You can pay via PayPal, debit/credit card, or other supported options.

How will I receive my plan?

Once payment is successful, your plan files are delivered instantly by email. You can also access them anytime from your My Account → Downloads page.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a plan?

Because our plans are digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your files or received the wrong plan, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Can I modify a plan to suit my needs?

My file isn’t opening properly. How do I fix this?

Make sure you have an updated PDF viewer or CAD software (for DWG files). If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll resend or reformat your files.
