4. Digital Downloads and Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased plan will be available:

  • Via email, containing a secure download link.

Please note that:

  • Download links are valid for a limited number of downloads.

  • Files are provided in PDF or DWG format (as specified in the product description).

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in  South African Rand (ZAR) or Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL).

Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because all Szbplans products are digital and downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link is issued.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed after purchase.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Each plan purchased from Szbplans grants you a single-use license.
