Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned once delivered.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products on Szbplan.com are intangible digital files (PDF, DWG, or ZIP format).
Once a digital download link has been issued or the file has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy helps protect the integrity of our designs and prevent unauthorized file sharing.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You purchased the wrong plan or changed your mind.

  • You misunderstood the plan’s details or dimensions (all descriptions are clearly stated).

  • You cannot open the file due to lacking the required software.

  • You expected editable or customizable files but purchased a fixed-format plan.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will consider a refund or file replacement only if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • The file link was never received due to a verified technical issue on our end.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and our team will review your claim.
